• We understand that crews often like to call and confirm their vehicle’s location upon landing. That’s why our 24/7 dispatch has a dedicated phone extension just for airline crews. When they call and press option 4, they are immediately connected to a live dispatcher who confirms the flight number and provides the driver’s name, vehicle description, and exact location in Zone 5 outside of baggage claim. In fact, we find that the majority of crews choose to call when they land for this confirmation.

Pickup:
Exit baggage claim, turn right, go out the first exterior doors under the covered walkway toward the garage.
Look for Zone 5 (Commercial/Limo Lane) near the shuttle bus lane. Your driver in black will be holding a sign labeled “Airline.”

Drop-Off:
Curbside at the security level, near the KCM entrance. Right where crews need to be.
