Trip Procedures
Upon booking a ride, you'll receive a few things from us!
- (2) Emails - One Confirmation and One Receipt for the 25% non-refundable deposit.
- As soon as a driver is assigned, you'll receive an email with the driver's photo, cell phone number, vehicle information, and license plate.
- You'll receive text alerts leading up to the trip and then a message when the driver is on the way and when they have arrived!

Safe Drivers
- Drivers Must Have: Background Check (Criminals Driving Records), Drug Testing, DOT Physicals
Quality Vehicles
- All Vehicles Are: Equipped with Video Recording, GPS Tracking, & Speed Monitoring
- All Vehicles are Fully Insured
Communication
- To maximize safety and efficiency, all drivers carry a radio at all times so they are always accessible, handsfree, and able to communicate with dispatch. Driver's also wear earpieces so this will not disturb your experience.
